Anthony Borquez, Founder and CEO, Grab Games

Mr. Borquez is Founder and CEO of Grab Games, a developer of social games across all major interactive platforms.
He was Founder and CEO of Blue Label Games, a developer of applications for mobile games, which was purchased by Konami Digital Entertainment in 2006. At that point, he became Vice President of Mobile and Online Business at Konami, where he authored numerous patents around the delivery of mobile content. He also co-founded Spacient Technologies, a leading provider of enterprise field service management and mobile mapping solutions for municipalities and utilities, which was acquired by Trimble, a leading innovator of Global Positioning System (GPS) technology.
He holds M.S., M.A. and Doctoral degrees from the University of California, where he now teaches classes on programming, online/Internet, video games and mobile/wireless technologies.
Peter Gross, VP and Managing Partner, HP Global Technology Consulting at Hewlett-Packard

Mr. Gross was CEO at EYP Mission Critical Facilities, Inc., a consulting company specializing in strategic technology planning, design and operations support for large-scale data centers, before it was acquired by Hewlett-Packard in 2007. Since that time, he has become Vice President and Managing Partner of HP Global Technology Consulting.
Previously, he co-founded The Critical Power Coalition (CPC), a non-profit consortium of electric power companies committed to addressing operational, technological and political issues relating to on-site quality, reliability and continuity of electric power where and when it is vital. He also served as Chief Engineer at Teledyne Technologies Inc., a leading provider of sophisticated electronic components and related products to a wide variety of industries, and he was a partner at PRK Associates.
He is a published thought leader in the mission-critical information and infrastructure design realm and received the 2010 Data Center Dynamics “Outstanding Contribution to the Industry” award. He obtained his M.B.A from California State University and is a graduate of the Poly-technical Institute of Bucharest, Romania.
Brian Lee, Founder and CEO, ShoeDazzle

Mr. Lee is Founder and CEO of ShoeDazzle, an online shoe retailer that employs a team of Hollywood stylists to provide members with one personalized, on trend shoe recommendation each month.
Prior to starting ShoeDazzle, Mr. Lee co-founded LegalZoom in 2001. The online company is the nation’s largest legal document preparation service, providing documents in various common categories including copyrights, DBAs, divorce, immigration, business formation, trusts, wills, name changes, patents, power of attorney, pre-nuptual agreements, real estate leases, trademarks, estate and personal planning. LegalZoom also provides a directory of attorneys as a certified California attorney referral service.
He is a former attorney at Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom and a former Manager at Deloitte & Touche. He holds a B.A. in Economics/Business and a J.D. from the University of California at Los Angeles.
Jason Nazar, CEO and Founder, DocStoc

Mr. Nazar is the Co-Founder and CEO of Docstoc.com, the premier marketplace to find and share professional documents. It is a top 500 worldwide website that reaches over 20 million people a month.
He was previously a partner at a venture consulting firm focused on accelerating the growth of new enterprises. There he worked with dozens of tech companies to improve their strategy and sales in an effort to prepare them for financing.
He previously worked in startups as both a founder and head of sales and marketing. He holds a JD/MBA from Pepperdine University and a B.A. from the University of California at Santa Barbara. He was student body president of both universities.
Yuri Pikover, Managing Director, 37 Technology Ventures

Mr. Pikover is a Managing Director of 37 Technology Ventures, a boutique venture fund focusing on technology startups, and serves on six company boards. During 2002-2008 Mr. Pikover was Chairman of 5square and Folsom Lake Nissan, both of which were sold in 2008. During 1999-2002 Mr. Pikover was Chairman (and CEO until 2001) of Access360, which pioneered automated organization-wide access control. It was sold to IBM in 2002. In 1993 he co-founded Calabasas-based Xylan Corporation, which invented network-wide switching technology. It grew to over $300 million in revenues in four years, went public in 1996, and was sold to Alcatel in 1999.
Mr. Pikover was named Entrepreneur of the Year by the San Fernando Business Journal in 2005. He is co-author of “Security Provisioning: Managing Access in Extended Enterprises.”
Roman Scharf, CEO, Talenthouse

Austrian-born Roman Scharf is the CEO of Talenthouse, an online forum for artists to collaborate on projects. Prior to joining Talenthouse, he was an angel investor and a member of the management team at Ecotech Software GmbH, a provider of software solutions for architects and engineers. He was responsible for business development and marketing for the Ecotech Group as well as Executive Manager of Ecotech Software Germany ─ the group’s main branch. In late 2004, Ecotech was acquired by Rockwool International AS.
Prior to this, Mr. Scharf co-founded JAJAH, a communications company that offers flexible, next-generation telephony solutions for consumers and businesses. JAJAH was acquired by O2/Telefónica in December 2009.
He began his career as a management consultant after a stint working at the European Commission in Brussels. He is a graduate of the Vienna University in Economics and Business Administration.
John Suh, CEO, LegalZoom

John Suh is a serial entrepreneur with extensive experience in the Internet space. Prior to heading LegalZoom, he served as CEO of StudioDirect, the Internet division of $6 billion global supply chain leader, Li and Fung. Within 48 hours of Mr. Suh presenting to over 100 analysts, $250M was raised to assist StudioDirect in targeting the small business segment. As co-founder and CEO of Castling Group, he took a leading role in helping offline companies create their Internet divisions, launching category leaders such as jcrew.com, hifi.com and giftcertificates.com.
Mr. Suh received a B.A. in Organizational Behavior and Public Policy from Harvard College. He received his MBA with high distinction at Harvard Business School, graduating as a George F. Baker Scholar.
Ron Zuckerman, Executive Chairman, RayV Technologies

Mr. Zuckerman has over 25 years of experience managing and investing in the global high tech industry. He has been an early investor and shareholder in several publicly traded companies and numerous Israeli-related technology startups.
Highlights of his long career include the following: He was Founder and Executive Chairman of Precise Software, a global leader in Transaction Performance Management solutions, which was acquired by Veritas in 2003. He was Co-Founder and Director of GVT, a Brazilian telecommunication company, which was acquired by French media conglomerate Vivendi in 2010. He was Co-Founder, CEO and Chairman of Sapiens International, a software provider to the insurance industry, which was later acquired by the Formula group, a global IT solutions provider. He was also an early investor in and Director of Wintegra Inc., a designer of access packet processors used in networking equipment, which was acquired by PMC-Sierra in 2010.
Mr. Zuckerman holds a degree in economics from Brandeis University.
