February 24, 2012 (Manila, Philippines) ─ Martin Lichauco, Managing Director at Siemer & Associates, will present at the Cross-Border Transactions Practice Group Meeting as part of the Lex Mundi Asia/Pacific Regional Conference on Friday, February 24th in Manila. His presentation will highlight recent cross-border deals in the region and identify potential future M&A activity. The three-day conference will seek to understand current trends most affecting the international business community.
