Shoedazzle Receives New Investment Round; Siemer & Associates Advises — May 18, 2011

May 18, 2011 (Los Angeles, CA) — Siemer & Associates LLC is pleased to announce that social-shopping etailer ShoeDazzle.com recently received an investment round of an undisclosed amount. The private placement will allow the Los Angeles-based shopping site to significantly add to its staff of 135, increase its international footprint and expand its product offerings beyond shoes and accessories. ShoeDazzle CEO Brian Lee said that the United Kingdom is the first place ShoeDazzle will look to grow operations.

Founded in 2008, ShoeDazzle already boasts more than three million members and nearly a million fans on Facebook. Shoppers join the site for free, filling out an online form that describes their shopping styles and preferences. Once in the system, members receive monthly e-mailed recommendations of ShoeDazzle’s often celebrity-designed shoes and accessories that they can opt to buy for a flat rate of $39.95 each. There is no obligation to purchase.
